Biography

Prof. Gongduan Fan is a young top talent of Fujian Province "Eagle Plan", Fujian Province Jieqing, Qishan Scholar, Assistant Dean of Graduate School and Head of Department of Municipal Engineering, School of Civil Engineering, Fuzhou University, and Director of Municipal and Water Environment Engineering Research Center of Fuzhou University. Prof. Fan has published more than 150 academic papers in important journals at home and abroad, including more than 100 SCI-indexed papers, obtained more than 40 patents, and won the first prize of China Invention Association Entrepreneurial Innovation Award and the second prize of Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award as the first author. In addition, as the first author, Prof. Fan has been awarded the first prize of Entrepreneurial Innovation Award of China Invention Association and the second prize of Science and Technology Progress of Fujian Province.

Prof. Hüseyin Bilgin

Biography:

Huseyin Bilgin is the Professor of Civil (Structural) Engineering at Epoka University, Tirana Albania. He is actively taking part in teaching, research, and the practice of structural and earthquake engineering, with emphasis on the response, analysis, and design of reinforced concrete and masonry structures. His main research interests are related to the response of structures to extreme loads focusing on the areas of structural and earthquake engineering with an emphasis on problems of non-linearity and performance evaluation of members, connections, and structures.
